Motorized Single Color Screen Printing BTS – F

Quotation Form

Screen printing is a popular printing method which employs the use of a mesh screen to transfer ink onto a base material. There are various terms used to describe this technique. Traditionally, the process was called screen printing or silkscreen printing because silk was used in the process. Presently, synthetic threads are in common use in the screen printing process. The most popular synthetic material used to make the mesh is polyester. There are also various types of mesh size which determine the outcome and look of the finished design on the material.

The Motorized Single Color BTS-F is one of the best screen printing machines available in the market right now. With multiple printing areas of 12”x15” / 15”x20” / 18”x23” / 20”x30” / 30”x40”, this model allows you to print upon objects of varying sizes which will give your production line a lot of flexibility and elasticity while also giving you an opportunity to widen your production. It has a semi-automatic grade and has the capacity to print 2000 pieces in one hour. This accelerated speed ensures that you stay ahead of the increasing customer demands and uplifts the functionality and performance of your production line. This screen printer has a DC drive and is available in a single colour.

A screen printer is one of the oldest and extremely popular pieces of equipment when it comes to printing on objects. It uses a mesh screen which is used to transfer ink onto a particular surface. This mesh can be made of a lot of materials such as a synthetic polymer, nylon and other such artificial fibres. The screen can also be made into a finer mesh to achieve a more intricate design. This mesh needs to be under tension and mounted on a frame in order for it to be effective. This frame can be made of wood or aluminium, depending upon the machine.

Once the mesh has been made, parts of the screen in the negative image of the design are blocked off and a stencil is created. This leaves an open space only where the design needs to be printed. Both the stencil and the frame are then pre-pressed and an emulsion is spread across the mesh to prep them up for the actual printing to begin. After this emulsion dries, it is selectively exposed to UV lights. By doing so, the emulsion only hardens in particular places and remains soft in the other parts. This soft emulsion is then washed away to leave an unadulterated area in the mesh to print the required design.

Once the prepping is done with, the screen is placed on top of the base material. This screen is then flooded with ink through the spaces in between the mesh using a squeegee and the design is imprinted on the substrate kept underneath. The screen is then lifted and a new substrate is placed on the printing board and the process is repeated until all the products have been printed upon. After the printing is done and the stencil has served its purpose, it is washed off using a special fluid. The mesh can thus be reused to make new stencils.

After the printing process, the substrate is passed through a special dryer which dries the ink on the material and the end product is left with a smooth finish and colourfast ink which will not fade away easily. The final product is then washed to rid it of any residue before it is sent out.

There are many reasons why screen printing is the preferred method of printing of most manufacturers. The primary is that it is a very cost-effective method. With the mesh having reusable properties and the screen printing machine being extremely durable, the only real cost you have to endure is that of the inks being used in production. It is also extremely flexible and can be used to print over various surfaces like wood, plastic, fabric, metal and so on. This method also allows for a highly detailed finish and uses more ink which adds to the allure f the final product.

Our screen printing machine is specially designed and thoroughly checked by experts to ensure premium functionality. The BTS-F is durable and allows for the printing of multiple objects in one go. With this model included in your production line, you will not only be guaranteeing your operations premium results but also increased efficiency and heightened functionality.
